Deliverables

GNP is mandated to assist the owner in the development phase of a ski-in ski-out hotel project in the heart of La Tzoumaz. GNP’s responsibilities include a thorough review of the project to optimize it from an operational and guest-experience standpoint. GNP will also be responsible for implementing a profitable business model with suitable operational procedures and will be in charge of setting up the operations at the hotel’s handover.

GNP will remain actively involved in the project after launching the operations as the Hotel Asset Manager on behalf of the owner to continuously monitor and boost the hotel’s performance.
