Following GNP’s detailed feasibility study, confirming the market need for a resort-type hotel with a year-round wellness offering as well as serviced residences.

GNP was able to secure an operator for the thermal spa through a detailed operator search and selection process, resulting in a partnership where owner and operator’s interests are fully aligned. The construction of the project is currently underway, and the thermal spa will open at the same time as the Eringer Hotel.
