GNP managed the acquisition of the hotel, performing the full due diligence and identifying a strong repositioning potential. Following the acquisition, GNP undertook a detailed repositioning study, followed by a technical audit to define the necessary investments to preserve and enhance the real estate value. GNP project managed the full refurbishment of the property, which included the management of a major fire at the property that destroyed the top two floors of the building. GNP project managed the pre-opening and ensured the successful opening of the hotel in April 2019.
