GNP was first commissioned to conduct a feasibility study for a hotel project as part of a new neighborhood comprising offices, residential and commercial elements.
GNP was able to secure an investor and ensure a turnkey acquisition on their behalf.
GNP is currently project managing the development phase in collaboration with B&B Hotels, the future operator.
GNP will remain involved in the project as the property’s asset manager on behalf of the owner.
The property is expected to open in the second half of 2022.
