Creation of a new holding structure dividing the real estate asset from the hotel operations to mitigate the risk. Implementation of a new operating structure from management to franchise and supervision of the management team and the employees under the new franchise structure. GNP also represents the owner's interests during co-ownership meetings. An in-depth repositioning analysis was also conducted to define investment plan and repositioning strategy. GNP will then manage the impementation of the repositioning strategy, while actively asset managing the hotel.
