Charlotte joined the GNP team in 2023 after gaining multiple years of experience in Cushman & Wakefield’s Hospitality Valuation team in Paris. Her role primarily involved assessing market values of portfolios and single assets across the EMEA region, ranging from budget to luxury properties. Prior to that, she contributed to Ennismore’s work in London, focusing on the expansion of the Hoxton brand on the European hospitality market. Additionally, Charlotte gained operational insights from various internships made in luxury properties located in Switzerland, United Kingdom and Italy, experiences acquired during her studies at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
